Terms of Service

Pensieve is a tool for capturing links, notes, and other content and finding them again later. It is currently in early access, so features may change and parts of it may occasionally break.

You need an account to use Pensieve. Keep your login details secure, and let us know if you notice any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

You own the content you capture in Pensieve. You give us permission to store and process it as needed to provide the service, such as making it searchable. You are responsible for having the right to save the content you capture.

Do not use Pensieve to break the law, infringe other people's rights, or interfere with the service or other users. Do not attempt to access data that is not yours.

Pensieve is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or that captured content will never be lost. Please keep your own backups of anything important.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pensieve Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of Pensieve.

You can stop using Pensieve at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version here with a new date. Continuing to use Pensieve after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
