Your captures: the links, text, notes, and other content you save in Pensieve.

Usage information: basic technical details such as app version and general usage, which help us keep Pensieve running and improve it.

We use your information to provide Pensieve: to store your captures and let you search and retrieve them, to operate and improve the product, and to contact you about your account or important updates.

To power search, the content you capture and the queries you make are processed by trusted third-party services, including AI providers. We share only the data needed to provide those features. We also rely on service providers for things like hosting, storage, and authentication.

We do not sell your personal information.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete captures at any time, or contact us to delete your account and the data associated with it.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of storing or sending data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Pensieve is not intended for children under 13, or the minimum age required in your country.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version here with a new date.
